IDB Ethics Core Training
About the project
A corporate learning project comprising five videos designed to accompany the Inter-American Development Bank’s (IDB) Ethics Core Training Course. Through fictional workplace scenarios, the videos translate the course material into practical dilemmas that employees may encounter within the institution.
The stories address inappropriate conduct, workplace conflicts, and potential conflicts of interest involving personal investments, relationships with third parties, and the bank’s projects with governments and nongovernmental organizations. Each scenario encourages employees to recognize when to start a conversation, seek guidance, or report a concern through the appropriate internal channels. The series also examines the responsibilities of managers and team leaders, including providing feedback, resolving conflicts, and responding thoughtfully to their teams’ concerns.
Produced in Spanish and English using artificial intelligence and a stop-motion animation aesthetic, the series combines storytelling with learning to make complex topics accessible, encourage reflection, and reinforce a workplace culture of integrity and respect.
