BBVA – Acción Climática

A corporate training video project created for Campus BBVA, featuring fictional stories that accompany a course on the bank’s inclusive growth policies and global initiatives. The course covers environmental sustainability, stronger communities, funding and educational support programs, and sustainable technological development.

The story follows a young woman who tests games and receives a new BBVA board game about inclusive growth. She invites her friends to try it out. In the first mode, starting conditions determine each player’s chances of progressing: those who begin with an advantage accumulate resources and repeatedly win, while the others face increasing obstacles.

When the group discovers an inclusive mode, they encounter different rules, a fairer distribution of resources, and new ways to work together. Cooperation gives everyone the opportunity to progress and win. The game becomes an allegory for inequality and the possibility of building a more equitable world, translating the course’s concepts into tangible, relatable situations.
