Rizobacter – Pandemia

An audiovisual project developed for Rizobacter’s internal training platform during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The series complemented the course material with fictional scenarios that helped employees understand changes in the organization of work, from adopting remote working practices to coordinating on-site teams through a staff bubble system designed to reduce exposure and protect employees.

Following characters as they navigated the challenges of this “new normal,” the videos translated workplace procedures and guidelines into relatable stories, showing how to address everyday situations, maintain communication, and collaborate through a period of change.

The project also introduced a futuristic visual style, featuring holographic interfaces and digital tools that expressed the company’s commitment to innovation. These elements envisioned new ways to automate tasks and connect teams, combining the practical goals of employee training with an optimistic perspective on the future of work. Blending fiction, visual effects, and educational content, the series supported organizational change while communicating a forward-looking vision during a time of uncertainty.
